Stall Holders

25,000 people attended last year's Southampton Mela Festival. It is an excellent opportunity for you to communicate to thousands of people in and round Southampton.

Art Asia supplies an allocated plot - you will need to bring your own table, chairs and other requirements. It is recommending outdoor stalls bring some sort of weather shelter like a gazebo.

INDOOR STALLS
3m x 3m Stall pitch £150.00 + VAT (£180)

OUTDOOR STALLS
3m x 5m Stall pitch        £100.00 + VAT (£120)  
4m x 5m Stall pitch        £150.00 + VAT (£180)
6m x 6m Stall pitch        £250.00 + VAT (£300)

10% DISCOUNT AVAILABLE FOR REGISTERED CHARITIES

Power to be supplied (add £50 connection fee + VAT)

CATERING STALLS 

All catering units will be provided with a 3m x 3m area on site. Power supply is included in the site fee.
